Conference Social Evening, Céilidh at the EICC, 19:30 - late

Ticket price £35.00

Join us for our popular ASM social night; this year we are celebrating Euroson with a Scottish Céilidh. A Céilidh (pronounced ‘Kay-lee’) derives from the Gaelic word meaning a visit and means an evening of informal Scottish traditional dancing to live music. The dancing is led by a caller who will tell you how to do the steps and movements.
Rerr Terr

We have one of Edinburgh’s most popular bands for the occasion. The lively Rerr Terr band are one of Scotland’s tallest céilidh bands! In kilts they will have delegates dancing jigs and reels even if you have never danced at a céilidh before. The author J K Rowling likes them so much she had them at her birthday party and the band have played for major charity balls for The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice. Come along and learn some traditional celtic dancing and enjoy a delicious buffet meal, followed by a disco.

Included in the price of your ticket:

 • Live Céilidh Band
 • Hot buffet meal
 • DJ till late
